Pearl Jam has been relatively quiet for the past year or so, but the Seattle rockers are revving up the touring machine for 2020.

The band has announced a run of European dates, including a massive show at London’s Hyde Park and three festival dates. 13 shows in all have been announced beginning June 23rd in Frankfurt and ending July 22nd in Amsterdam.

The last time Pearl Jam took the stage together was on September 4, 2018 at Fenway Park in Boston. The band that takes its live shows seriously performed 30 songs that night, opening with “Given to Fly” and closing with “Yellow Ledbetter.”

Pearl Jam has not announced any new North American tour dates at this point, but various band members have said they were working on a new album. Guitarist Mike McCready said in April there were “a bunch of new songs ready to go,” but wasn’t ready to put a timeline on what would be the band’s 11th studio album and first since 2013’s Lightning Bolt.

Pearl Jam did release their memorable MTV Unplugged performance on vinyl for Record Store Day. The seven-track LP includes Ten staples “Oceans,” “Alive,” “Black,” “Jeremy,” “Even Flow” and “Porch,” along with “State of Love and Trust” from the “Singles” soundtrack. The show was recorded after the band’s first U.S. tour in 1992.

Even though Pearl Jam has been largely out of the public eye since their Boston show in 2018, band members have been keeping busy with their own interests. Frontman Eddie Vedder recently performed with The Who and drummer Matt Cameron was spotted in the studio with the Pretty Reckless.
