The Price is Right celebrated its 40th anniversary yesterday with a special episode that featured the return of some of the show’s most memorable contestants from the past four decades.  However, one person who wasn’t invited to the party?  Longtime host Bob Barker.

In an interview with the Associated Press, Barker said the producers “chose to ignore me, which is fine.”  He goes on to add, “When you celebrate a 40th anniversary, you would think you’d have the fellow who did the show for 35 years there.  They haven’t even offered me a DVD.”

Show producers have yet to comment on the snub.
