Today’s Throwback Video of the Day is “Party All the Time” from [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Eddie Murphy[/lastfm]!!

Hopefully, it’ll help erase The Adventures of Pluto Nash from your memory.

In 1985, at the height of his career, comedian/actor Eddie Murphy delved into the world of music with the album How Could It Be.  Although it was bashed by critics, the album was a moderate commercial success, peaking at No. 26 on the Billboard 200.

The single Party All the Time,” written and produced by [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Rick James[/lastfm], was a Top 5 pop hit, and VH1 placed it at No. 80 on its countdown of the 100 Greatest One-Hit Wonders of the ’80s.
