Guns N’ Roses frontman Axl Rose was in a Santa Monica, California courtroom last week, but not for the reasons you’re thinking of, he’s actually been on good behavior.

He got called in for the dreaded JURY DUTY!

According to rollingstone.com, Axl spent four days taking part in a civic trial in which Axl described as, “relatively painless.”

“I was fortunate that everyone in the courthouse and jurors were all really great, plus I got to see daylight from a different prospect [sic],” Axl said of his jury-stint.

Axl had no excuses to get out of jury duty since Guns N’ Roses just wrapped up their American tour last month.

He does have an eventful spring ahead of him though, being that Guns N’ Roses will be inaugurated into the Rock N’ Roll Hall of Fame on April 14th.Rock

He until that time to consider reuniting with the original lineup.

Here’s hoping the four-day boredom known only as jury duty gave him the time to sit back and think about how awesome it would be getting the band back together for just one night.
