If you were wondering how Jurassic Park could have ever been any better, Steven Spielberg has an idea. Just make it 3D!
Imagine the first time you saw the now classic blockbuster in theaters back in 1993. Now imagine that if that T-rex was actually running at you, or the jeep was being pushed over the side of the wall that wasn’t there a few seconds ago and it was about to fall on you.
Stephen Spielberg told MTV News: “I’ve always said Jurassic Park, the first one, would be really good post converted in 3D.
“I think James Cameron has done the greatest 3D in history with Avatar. I don’t think anything has surpassed James Cameron’s Avatar in terms of the 3D experience, beyond the fact that I love the movie so much, and so I figure that James is going to teach all of us a lesson how to post-convert.”
Spielberg also made note that Jurassic Park 4 is currently on schedule. Yes there is a Jurassic Park 4 being made. We were pretty sure there was only one book, but apparently that can be expanded to 4 movies. How many times can you bring these things back to life?
