It’s Friday, time to sneak out of the office a little early and hit up happy hour! To save you time we will borrow the station’s Hummer and pick you up! We’ll pull up and yell “Come on get in!”, which also happens to be the name of the new single from Scottish Singer-Songwriter KT Tunstall!

Yeah we know that was corny but it got you here…

Now, if you’re not that familiar with the Scottish cutie, we will give you a quick back story. She is from Scotland, she is a singer and she has a brand new single! What more do you need to know?

She just released her third studio album, ‘Tiger Suit’, last October. She recorded the album in Berlin’s famous Hansa studio. Other albums that have been recorded there include: David Bowie‘s ‘Heroes’ and U2‘s ‘Achtung Baby’.

She got the idea for the album name by a recurring dream she had about her seeing a tiger in her garden and she goes outside to pet it. She then discovered 2010 is the Chinese Year of the Tiger.

Today’s tune is the third single off the album!
