Teen Idol Corey Haim Dies at 38

Actor Corey Haim — best known for 80s films including License to Drive and the Lost Boys — has died at the age of 38.
Los Angeles Police Department confirmed the actor’s death to TV station KTLA.
Haim reportedly died of an overdose approximately 4 AM on Wednesday. He reportedly was found unresponsive at his apartment. He was with his mother at the time of his death.
He was later pronounced dead at Providence St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Burbank.
The actor was best known for his movies in the ’80s, which included “Lost Boys,” “License to Drive,” “The Goonies” and “Dream a Little Dream.”
He recently starred with Corey Feldman in an A&E reality show, “The Two Coreys.”
Haim was 38.
